• Water and electricity must be provided for our fitters.
• Clear access through the property must be ensured as some pieces of stone can be very heavy.
• Ensure kitchen is clean as possible, any pieces/elements not needed should be removed.
• All existing units and fittings are correctly placed and ready.
• Please do check the worktops themselves, ensuring you are happy with them and that there is no damage.
